Unless otherwise noted, items ship in 7 – 10 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
Inclement weather conditions, limited product availability, extended holidays, and/or heightened demand may sometimes impact this timeframe. Customers will be notified by email or phone if the aforementioned circumstances affect the general delivery schedule of their purchase.
Inconsistent shipping and billing addresses may also impact the timeframe due to the extended over-verification process. Customers will be notified by email, text, or telephone if authorization prior to shipment is necessary.
We cannot change or cancel any order once it’s been shipped. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout, and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or canceled.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally and cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO, or P.O. Box addresses.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and shipping fees. Shipping is nonrefundable, we do not offer signature confirmation, and we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged shipments.
